Site management of a pharmaceutical warehouse and offices development for Rosemont Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Leeds city centre, extending their R&D department onto a former neighbouring industrial site. Works included demolition with asbestos and chemical disposal, steel-frame construction with hollow core concrete slabs and corrugated roof, insulated sandwich-panel cladding, curtain walling and aluminium windows, raised access floors, and a high-tech electrical and HVAC fit-out — all while protecting a life-sciences lab on the site boundary.
